Uploading Profile Photos
It’s great to put a face to a name, at least we think so. It’s also very helpful with large projects, which often have many people working on them. With such large undertakings, it’s easy to get people mixed up. By being able to put a face to name you’ll always know who’s who. That’s why Easynote offers you the option of uploading a profile photo/avatar.
How do I upload a profile photo or avatar?
It’s as simple as one, two, three. Just follow these steps:
- On your ‘Overview’ page select your profile in the top right-hand corner
- Go to My Settings
- On your ‘My Settings’ page, you’ll see below ‘Avatar’ a space for a photo or avatar. Select this space
- A new window opens, inviting you to either upload an image or take one with your webcam. Choose one
- Your photo, or another image of your choosing, will now appear. You can crop the image if you say so wish. Once you’re ready, select Save Image
And now you’re set. Whether it’s on your overview page or in your activity feed, you’ll now be able to see your profile photo or avatar alongside your name.
Top Tip: If you’re a project manager, why not get all your employees to upload their own profile photos. It makes communication easier, in addition to adding a nice personal touch.
